It's been a summer of heat. I know, I post alot about infused water, but I really just get so tired of regular water. This actually encourages me to buy fruit too. So if I have it on hand, I will eat it. If I don't I wont. This summer has been really hot and dehydration can be very dangerous. So what does every newscaster say DRINK YOU WATER. Water, water, water. I took the boredom out of my water today and made a big pitcher with strawberries, cucumbers and lemon slices.

My infused water has lemon, lime and cucumber and a drop of Young Living Peppermint oil. (Oh gosh don't do two drops its potent!) My friend Carol has cucumber, mint leaves and berries. (Maybe she will comment what they were, I forgot.) And thanks to my daughter Cassandra. I use my infused glass bottle from Oakland University (Michigan) All the time.
